Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within a 24-hour timeframe from the scheduled appointment time is subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $25 for the first hour, with an additional $20 for each subsequent hour of service scheduled. This includes appointments that are adjusted by 15 minutes to three-quarters of an hour, which will be counted as an additional hour.

Product Return and Exchange: If you purchased a product online and wish to return it for an exchange, please note that the new shipping charges for the replacement product will need to be paid to process the return. In-person exchanges can be done without incurring any additional shipping charges.
3. Processing Time: We require up to 7 business days to process any returns for exchange once the returned item is received.

When booking for a virtual consultation our scheduling system will automatically create a private Zoom meeting for the time requested. We can however accommodate with FaceTime or telephone when this time comes if you need, prefer or we encounter any technical difficulties. Our building has professional cleaning in all common areas 6 days a week and the salon interior as well as all tools are throughly cleaned and sanitized between every client. We encourage you to wear a mask if that makes you comfortable and we will also be happy to wear a mask if requested.

Additionally you can request immediate and urgent assistance to obtain services for a $250 fee, we will be happy to accommodate your needs before or after our regular schedule for a day, and can be as fast as same day up to 48 hours of your request. You must be 18 years or older to receive any salon service unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to provide approval of your appointment request. We do not provide Color Services for anyone under the age of 16, even with parent or legal guardians approval.
As long as time on our schedule allows you can easily add multiple services into one visit at the salon. Once you have selected a service and chosen the time and day, our online booking system has an option at the bottom of the page to add more services. Upon clicking on that option you will be taken back to all services to select another.

We use L’Oréal Professional products for color, treatments and styling. We can match any color formulation to our line. However if you specifically want a certain type of color you may bring it with you or we can special order that particular item or items, though depending on type of service this may encounter an additional cost.

We are able to provide a sample of most products used and sold in our salon. We can only offer this option by visiting our location in person.
