1. Recreational Personal Choice: You understand and acknowledge that visiting or engaging with our salon is entirely a recreational personal choice. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your interaction with our business, whether in person or digitally.

Prohibited Behaviors: All interactions, both online and in person on the property of our salon, must be conducted without engaging in any illegal behaviors, hate speech, bullying, harassment, or stalking towards any client, salon professional, building management, their employees or tenants, or any other person on the property. This extends to any location where you or they may be physically located, including public spaces or private residences. This also applies to any engagement with our salon's online presence, even if it is on a different website.
4. Payment Terms: All services must be paid in full on the day of receiving the services or purchasing products.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within a 24-hour timeframe from the scheduled appointment time is subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $25 for the first hour, with an additional $20 for each subsequent hour of service scheduled. This includes appointments that are adjusted by 15 minutes to three-quarters of an hour, which will be counted as an additional hour.
6. Prohibition of Defamatory Behavior: You are prohibited from engaging in any falsifying, misleading, slandering, or detrimental behavior towards our salon business (Salon on Broadway), the salon business where we are located (Sola Salons), or towards Loreal Professional, Salon Centric, Salon Services, or any other brand they represent. This prohibition extends to any online blogs, social media platforms, online review sites, digitally represented sites distributed on the internet, print media, or in-person conversations with any individual, group, organization, or business. There is no time limit to this agreement, and it applies indefinitely.
7. Liability for Violation: Any person found to be in violation of these terms and conditions may be held liable civilly, including all associated personal and business damages, as well as criminally under Oregon or Federal law.
8. Agreement Acceptance: Your acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions is implied by your interaction with our website or by contacting us through phone calls, text messages, emails, or in-person visits. Your signature is not required for acceptance.
9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the business, its owner, employees, contractors, clients, the building property, its owners, the salon business, its owners, and the companies and brands they work with, use, and promote from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your interaction with the salon, including but not limited to any violation of these terms and conditions.

Non-Disclosure Agreement: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed to you by the business, its owner, employees, contractors, or clients during your interaction with the salon. Intellectual Property Rights: You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, associated with the business, its website, products, and services, as well as the brands and companies they work with, use, and promote, are owned by their respective owners. You agree not to infringe upon or challenge these intellectual property rights in any way.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties: The business, its owner, employees, contractors, clients, the building property, its owners, the salon business, its owners, and the companies and brands they work with, use, and promote do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided or services rendered. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on such information or services is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the business, its owner, employees, contractors, clients, the building property, its owners, the salon business, its owners, or the companies and brands they work with, use, and promote be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your interaction with the salon, including but not limited to any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business
14. Professional Service Disclaimer: You acknowledge that the services provided by our salon professionals are based on their expertise and training, but individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any service provided. Refund Policy:
At Salon on Broadway, we strive to establish a kind and respectful relationship with our customers, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our professional products and services. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Guarantee of Exchange: All professional products and services are guaranteed for exchange if you are unsatisfied with either. We do not offer cash or card refunds for services or products. Our guarantee is based on the exchange of the product or the provision of an equivalent service to address your concerns. Deposits may be held for booked appointments and are eligible for refund to payment method when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled in adherence with our cancellation policy.
2. Product Return and Exchange: If you purchased a product online and wish to return it for an exchange, please note that the new shipping charges for the replacement product will need to be paid to process the return. In-person exchanges can be done without incurring any additional shipping charges.
3. Processing Time: We require up to 7 business days to process any returns for exchange once the returned item is received.
